3. Information Automatically Collected During Service Use

The following information may be automatically collected during the use of our services:

5. Retention and Destruction of Personal Information

1) Retention Period

  • Destroyed immediately upon account deletion (except where retention is required by applicable law)

  • Payment records: 5 years

3) Destruction Methods

  • Electronic files: Deleted using technical methods that prevent recovery
  • Printed materials: Shredded or incinerated

6. Provision and Entrustment of Personal Information

Users may refuse the overseas transfer of their data. However, refusal may limit the use of certain features.

  • You may request access to, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing of your personal information at any time.
  • This can be done through in-app settings or by contacting customer support. Requests will be processed without delay upon account deletion.
  • However, information that must be retained by law may be kept for the legally required period.

8. Use of Cookies and Automatic Data Collection

1) Purpose of Cookies

Analyzing visit frequency, providing personalized services, enhancing security, etc.

2) How to Block Cookies

  • iOS: Settings > Safari > Privacy & Security > Block Cookies
  • Android: Settings > Site Settings > Cookies > Block

Blocking cookies may limit the use of some services.
